About Latin Catering
Angelo & Diana, a South American couple, have called the Gold Coast home since 2013. Angelo, a passionate chef with international experience, and Diana, a customer service extraordinaire, bring their combined talents to the table.
Inspired by their travels and work around the world, where they built a wealth of gastronomic knowledge and discovered incredible new flavors, they decided to create their own brand: Latin Catering. Featuring Seaviche (Fresh finger food) and Argentinian BBQ creating a unique asado experience for the senses.
Through Latin Catering, they showcase what they love most: their Latin heritage, a warm family atmosphere, and, of course, delicious food.
Culinary backgrounds
Angelo’s culinary passion began at a young age, fueled by his Italian-Argentinian parents and their deep connection to Gaucho traditions. After graduating from culinary school in Santiago, Chile, at the age of 22, Angelo embarked on a global adventure that led him to specialize in traditional cuisine under the tutelage of renowned chefs.
A curious and adventurous cook, Angelo worked as a chef in seven different countries before settling in Australia. He found a perfect match in Australia, with its incredible ingredients and welcoming community eager to explore new flavors. Inspired by his adopted home, Angelo decided to establish his own business, offering exciting new culinary possibilities for Australians to discover.
